This privacy policy applies to The Red Balloon, an internal API application owned and operated by Art by Barkwald (CVR 37883026), Glostrupvej 13D, 4500 Nykøbing Sjælland, Denmark.

The Red Balloon is a private, internal tool used exclusively by Art by Barkwald to manage and schedule content on our own social media accounts via official platform APIs, including Pinterest and Instagram. The application is not available to third-party users.

The application accesses social media account data solely for the purpose of publishing and scheduling content on accounts owned by Art by Barkwald. We do not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to other individuals or organisations.

API credentials and access tokens are stored locally and are never shared with third parties.

Data accessed through social media APIs is used exclusively to publish content on our own accounts. We do not use this data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond content management.

The Red Balloon uses the Pinterest API to publish and schedule pins on Pinterest accounts owned by Art by Barkwald. This application is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Pinterest.

Pinterest-derived data accessed through the API is used solely for the purpose of publishing content on our own Pinterest accounts. We do not resell, redistribute, or share Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data with any third parties.

If access to the Pinterest API is disconnected or revoked, all Pinterest-derived data and access tokens stored locally by the application are deleted immediately. No Pinterest data is retained after disconnection.

The application connects to Pinterest and Meta (Instagram) via their official developer APIs. Use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Art by Barkwald is based in Denmark and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As this application processes no personal data from third parties, no data processing agreements with external parties are required.
